How long will you take to respond to my purchase request and/or inquiry?
The store is being mainly run by the artist Gene's granddaughter Camille, but he and his daughter Carmen are also heavily involved. Between the three of us, we are generally able to respond to all requests and inquiries within 24-48 hours. However, due to our family's travels to Gene's wife's home country during the summer months, we may require extra time for response and order processing.

Why do I have to contact the store prior to purchase?
Due to the varied nature of the artworks, some may require special packaging and handling that result in varying processing times. Additionally, we appreciate the opportunity to communicate directly with collectors and manage expectations accordingly for the delivery of each work of art. Once everything is squared away, we will manipulate the site to allow you to purchase the artwork that was decided upon.

How do I set up an In-Person viewing and/or in-person pick-up?
To set up an in-person viewing, please reach out to us via the contact form on either the bottom of this page or the home page. In order to save time, provide in your inquiry the names of artwork you might like to see.

If you would like to pick up your purchased work of art in person, please mention this when you contact us prior to purchase. We will coordinate at that time. Additionally, please remember to choose the "pick-up" option during checkout.

Can I commission a work of art?
The artist is not accepting commissions at this time.

Are you ever featured in art shows, festivals, or galleries?
Gene is becoming more involved in local DFW shows, galleries, and festivals. To keep up with events that he and his works will be featured in/attending, you may either join our mailing list at checkout or "like" our Facebook page.
